Temple / Deevalayam
Construction of the temple was started on the same day when Sri Lakshmamma Avva attained Jeeva Samadhi, that is on 16-May-1933. First the Samadhi was constructed. Then full fledged temple construction work commenced. Offerings from the devotees in the forms of silver were utilized for Silver Chariot, Silver Covering for Avva Samadhi, Inner Sanctam and Utsava murthy.
Samadhi
Devotees visit Avva Samsdhi which is located underground. In the earlier days there was only way whcih was used both for entrance and exit. On special days like Firday and Avva Jaathara more number of Devotees visit Avva Samadhi and this caused a lot of delay in the darshan. As a solution Sri Raichooti Ramaiah Garu got one more way constructed, one for entrace and the other for exit. This eased darshan process.
Lakshmamma Bhavi (Well)
In Late 1950's there was an acute drought and water shortage in the town. A well was dug on the instructions of Sri Raichooti Subhaiah Garu. The Well is located behind the Avva temple. It is full of water by the grace of Lakshmamma Avva. This water was pumped to serve the people of the town. This well is full of Water even today.
Silver Chariot
Avva was taken out in the chariot in a procession for the first time in 1932, even before she attained samadhi. Sri Raichooti Veeranna Garu initiated the practice of Chariot festival. In the earlier days a wooden Chariot was used for Cart festival during Avva jaathara. In the year 1996 work on the Silver Chariot was commenced. Offerings of 390 kgs of Silver was used for the Silver covering of the Chariot. The Silver Chariot procession started from the year 18-May-1998 The Utsava murthy of Lakshmamma Avva is taken around the main streets of Adoni every year in the Silver Chariot during the annual Jaathara.
Granite Arch
The Granite Rock Welcome with dual archway of Sri Mahayogi Lakshmamma avva is installed at the junction point of Alur road and by-pass road. On 18-March-2011, Bhoomi Pooja was performed by Sri Konijeti Rosaiah Garu, former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and Former Governer of Tamilnadu. This Arch has a concrete foundation of (20') X (12' 1/2) X (12' 1/2). Four 30' monolithic Granite blocks were carved into columns and beams. A total of 400 Tonns of Granite was used in the entire construction work. A work force of a hundred highly skilled sculptors and craftsmen were engaged. It took about three years to complete this gigantic project. The arch was dedicated to the devlotees on 08-June-2017.

RO Water plant / Free Drinking Water
With the intention to serve the people and with the blessings of Avva, Sri Raichooti Ramaiah Garu, the Chairman of Avva bank has installed RO water plant offering free drinking water to public. Near Avva temple, Inagurated by Sri N. Chandrashekar Reddy Garu (IPS) on 31-March-2013 & one more unit installed at Avva Bank, Inagurated by Sri Kotla Jayasurya Prakash Reddy Garu (Member of Parlament) on 31-March-2013.
"With the tremendous Love and Faith towards Avva, devotees started many Services as offering to the public. Many Service institutions in the name of Avva are started. Given here are few of them."
Avva Bank
Banking servicing were started With the name of Sri Mahayogi Lakshmamma Co-Operative Bank, in the year 1984 by Sri Raichooti Ramaiah Garu. With Avva's blessings, the bank grew day by day and stood out to be No.1 among other banks in Adoni town. It is providing all the required Banking services to the people. Bank gained good profits and was able to get its own building. In this fast world to cope up with the industry and to serve public, Avva bank has become fully computerized in providing the services. Another branch was also started in the Market Yard on 30-Nov-2009.
Aadhyathmika Kendram
A Charitable trust by name Bhagavan Sri Mahayogi Lakshmamma Educational and Charitable Trust was formed to cater to the vocational, educational and spiritual needs of the public. With the blessing from Avva the Aadhyathmika Kendram (Spiritual Center) was started on 04-Feb-2004 and in the presence of Sri Raichooti Ramaiah Garu, Sri Sri Sri Chandrashekaranandagiri Swami (Sri Vasavi Peetadhipathi) and Sri Konijeti Rosaiah Garu (former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and Former Governor of Tamilnadu). Since then, Free Sanskrit coaching, Free Dance and Music coaching, Free Yoga teaching and Speeches by Learned scholars go on everryday in the Kendra.

Tailoring Training
Free Tailoring trainings were started under Aadhyathmika Kendram on 05-May-2013 and inaugurated by Sri C. Sudarshan Reddy Garu, District Collector. Training course is a of duration 4 Months and conducted in batches every day. Nearly 90 people are getting trained in 4 months. Trained associates are being certified after the course completion and these certificates would be presented in a public function by an invited dignitary. The Loans are sanctioned by the Avva Bank to the needy trainees to buy sewing machines, by satisfying all the Bank rules.
Car Driving School
Free Car Driving School was established in the name of Avva in the year 05-May-2013. More than 10 people are getting trained every month and certificates would be presented in a public function by an invited dignitary.
Government College
A Government College named Sri Mahayogi Lakshmamma Government Degree College was established in Yemmiganur in the year 11-June-1989. It is 28KM from Adoni. Valuable land of 10.7 acers was donated by Sri Raichooti Ramaiah Garu, (Hereditary Chairman of Temple trust) for the College. It is the first degree college established in Yemmiganur.
